I want to share the method that cured my chronically bad back. I ruined my lower back when I was 19 and it would "pop out" about 4 or 5 times a year thereafter (for the next 50 yrs) , often to the point of needing therapy and extensive bed-rest.
I tried most of the do it yourself type cures, plus Physio and Chiropractic, which usually put it right, BUT NOT PERMANENTLY. The exercises given to me by the pro's always seemed to have RSI type side effects and made something else sore.
My Cure: which so far has given me 5 years of back-problem and pain free life. It is a really simple little exercise which I do 10 times every day, immediately after my (VERY HOT) shower.
Keep the knees and elbows on the ground and lean forward until pelvis is on the ground. Reverse to position 1; then press forward with straight arms until back is straight. Back to position 1 - repeat.
I eat healthy too, but otherwise that is sufficient to keep me from back trouble - Hallelujah! http://amplify.com/u/bxet6
